Kick Your Cravings- Virtual Nicotine Cessation Class

Register for this FREE upcoming class taught by one of our skilled tobacco cessation instructors.
You will gain a variety of skills and support to help you Kick Your Cravings!

The class will take place over the course of three weeks:

4/1 @ 6:30pm-8:00pm MST

4/8 @ 6:30pm-8:00pm MST

4/15 @ 6:30pm-8:00pm MST

Please plan to attend ALL sessions to gain the most value from class.

This class will be taught using Microsoft Teams and will be taught in an interactive virtual setting. It will be important to use your camera and microphone to interact with your instructor and others in the class. To prepare for class, you may either download the Microsoft Teams app on your phone or computer to familiarize yourself with Teams functionality. The Microsoft Teams platform has the same functions of Zoom, but looks a little bit different.
